Refund Policy

1. Platform Subscription Fees

The annual platform management fee of ₹2,950 (Incl. 18% GST) paid by Gym Admins is non-refundable once the gym tenant account has been activated and the digital space has been provisioned.

2. Member Registration Fees

Asom Gym Hub provides the software platform for gym registration, but the actual fitness services and membership contracts are between the Member and the specific Gym Facility.

Refund requests for monthly or yearly gym memberships must be directed to the gym owner (Gym Admin) of the facility you joined. Each gym facility may have its own independent refund and cancellation policy.

3. Processing Errors

In the event of a technical error resulting in a double payment for the platform subscription, please contact services@websapp.in with proof of payment. We will investigate and issue a refund for the duplicate transaction if verified.

4. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of the Super Admin in cases of platform-wide technical failures that prevent access to services for extended periods.
