1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Asom Gym Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Categories

Gym Admins (Subscribers): Gym owners or authorized managers who use the platform to manage their facilities and members.
Members: Individuals who register at a gym facility via our platform.
Super Admin: The platform administrator managing the overall ecosystem.

3. Platform Subscriptions

Gym Admins agree to pay an annual platform subscription fee of ₹2,950 (Inclusive of 18% GST). Failure to maintain a paid status may result in the deactivation of the gym's dedicated space and administrative access.

4. Responsibilities

Gym Admins are responsible for the accuracy of their gym information and for managing their member data ethically and securely. Members are responsible for providing accurate registration details.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the platform for any illegal activities, including fraud, harassment, or unauthorized access to other tenants' data.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms or for gyms with unpaid platform fees.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
